Expert is considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of nuclear open-hole wireline logging. This includes, but is not limited to, nuclear sensor applications, log QC/QA, petro-physical response, electrical hardware design and systems. The scope of his expertise in relation to nuclear logging products covers Gamma Ray, Spectral Gamma Ray, Neutron Porosity (thermal neutron), Epi-Thermal Neutron (air drilled app.) and Spectral Density. Cased-hole applications included are radioactive Spectral Tracer-Scan (multiple isotope application), Directional Gamma-Ray (radial response in isotope-laced environment), pulsed neutron Sigma, Waterflow, CO apps. Due to working with induced radioactive material, Expert has 25+ years of active involvement in radiation safety of high dose-rate logging sources such as Cs137, Am241Be and Cobalt 60. Expert has been used as a consulting expert in the design, usage, testing, risk, and NRC compliance in relation to well logging radioactive sources. His familiarity with open-hole and cased-hole logging has afforded rigorous dedication to global technical support, mentoring, training, Operational Excellence, qualification / commercialization, and project management that includes heading a multi-dicipline logging tools and system. Expert is qualified in specifying and qualifying Mil-spec integrated circuits and components which included specified functionality, reliability, and environmental testing. Expert has worked closely with Research and Sensor Physics for 20+ years and has included multiple generations of nuclear logging tools and algorithm/software improvements.

Expert consulted as a nuclear logging expert for a startup thru-drillpipe company. He was chosen due to 25+ years in the industry of nuclear logging and recommendation of his peers.He was approached by owner and president of a petroleum equipment company from China. Upon recommendation from a former Halliburton co-worker, he was retained as a subject matter for logging technology in general including open-hole, cased-hole, and perforating. Expert worked directly with the former president (Mr. Wu) of CNLC (China National Logging Company) . Mr. Wu founded CNLC in 1995 and acted as its first president. Mr. Wu, with 40 years in the logging industry, considers Expert on par with his knowledge and one of a handful of experts in China on nuclear tool technology.

Expert's consulting skills have encompassed critical design, manufacturing, and response in the commercialization phase of the startup company, Thrubit LLC. He was brought in due to lack of progress in the area of qualification and log response of their neutron and density products.
Expert also performed an acessment of China's current logging industry as a whole to advise on technology, research, and specifications required of their current open-hole logging tools, surface hardware, and software. He also reviewed hardware specifications to determine the magnitude of engineering, research, and physics necessary to accomplish their goals.

The scope of this area includes a magnitude in the area of 30+ relative to new product global support and technology transfer.
