He championed the introduction of cutting-edge inspection NDT technologies for midstream pipeline systems, and created a methodology for pipe long seam crack detection by inference prior to the development of ILI crack tools. Expert managed pipeline extensions, replacements, reroutes, and repairs for 3000-mile system. He received training in OSHA trench safety and pipeline welding inspection, and had sole project management and engineering responsibilities for all company underwater repairs.

Expert first testified as a fact witness at trial in 1994. He has been engaged and deposed as an expert witness continuously since 2018 for both plaintiffs and defendants.
