With a total of 33 years of experience, Expert is currently practicing in the water resources consulting industry regionally and nationally, since 2013. Prior to that, Expert was Director of Environmental Services for two civil engineering firms. He previously completed 18 years of service at the Maryland Department of the Environment leaving as a manager of numerous water resource permitting processes for complex public works and private development projects.
