Expert is an established professional consultant providing board certified consulting services in proactive product safety, product design, and products liability management for industry, insurance companies, the legal profession, and government. He is a proven expert in product safety, defect analyses, warnings, manuals, and accident investigation, especially as related to mechanical, electrical, and fluid handling equipment. Expert's product safety audits encompass product design, sales literature, packaging, printed warning labels, and conformance to local, national, and international (ISO 9000 Series) standards.


Expert establishes and implements product safety and products liability loss control programs for national and international clients. These programs are designed to provide safe, quality products, comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards, and minimize losses from product incident claims and lawsuits. He has initiated and managed an applications engineering design team to provide quotations of special product applications and technical training to customers and sales force. Additionally, he has established and directed an engineering design staff, pursuing the design and laboratory testing of industrial, commercial, and consumer pumps, filters, and associated fluid handling equipment.


Expert is familiar with CEU-creditable safety training programs that cover all aspects of product safety and products liability. His knowledge includes the collection and preservation of physical evidence, investigating and analyzing a product incident, reporting a product incident, and product safety audits.
