Expert organized and delivered a multi-day class on pulp bleaching technologies for a trade organization, and has designed computer-based training materials for operating crews for several pulp mills. He has helped with capital projects from initial justification through design, commissioning, and optimization. Led team of six experts to provide site-wide assessment for potential buyer regarding technical risk & opportunities of a complete pulp mill. Scoped possible alternatives to reduce bleaching cost while improving capacity.Led team of six to formalize 250 written and illustrated SOP's in six months, establishing a system for future changes & additions to be done easily from within.Managed two experts to provide initial scope study to speed up recycled paper machine from 1000 to 1500 fpm, including detailed water balance. Project was implemented successfully.
