In this role, he also is responsible for managing spectrum portfolio, designing private AMI (Advanced Meter Reading) and DA (Distribution Analysis) networks for gas, water, and electric utilities.

Prior to his current position, he was an Area Director, Mid-Atlantic, for Clearwire, a telecommunications operator which provided mobile and fixed wireless broadband communications services to retail and wholesale customers. While at Clearwire, he directed team of 30 engineers to meet implementation goals and key performance metrics at over 2000 4G sites on the east coast. He also directed the design and launch of 4G networks in Philadelphia, DC, Baltimore, Harrisburg, Reading, Lancaster, York, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte, NC.

Additionally, he worked in various roles for AT&T Mobility for 12 years, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. and provides wireless services in the United States. Here, he managed engineering, field operation and switch operation departments in the Philadelphia region, and oversaw his team’s engineering and maintenance activities of wireless voice and data services at over 820 sites and 14 voice switches.

Expert has provided expert testimony at over 200 different town meetings (Zoning, Land use, Board of Supervisors, etc.) in four states (PA, DE, NY & NJ).
