Much of Expert’s career has been spent in extensive process engineering and technology development for various chemical technologies. Both require strong knowledge and experience in chemical engineering and chemistry.
Much of Expert’s career has been spent in developing engineering design package, process studies, feasibility studies, revamp engineering for refinery, petrochemical and upstream oil & gas. All require knowledge and experience in process simulations, codes and standards, hydraulics principles, equipment sizing principles, overpressure protection studies. Much of Expert’s career has been spent in value engineering, scoping studies, feasibility studies and economic analysis for green field design and existing asset to reduce CAPEX and OPEX. All require solid knowledge of domain operating and engineering experience. Expert has spent many years with licensor company like UOP, engineering company like Technip, operator company like NOVA Chemicals, Canada Kuwait Petrochemicals in doing CAPEX and OPEX reduction studies.
Much of Expert’s career has been spent in technical services, root cause analysis and operation optimization of large petrochemical complex. Both require knowledge and experience in petrochemical technology, strong process engineering skills including process simulation, hydraulics study, and chemical engineering principles.
Much of expert career has been spent in developing techno-economic models and technology evaluation for chemical processes. Expert has developed many techno-economic studies for refinery, petrochemical and upstream oil& gas processes for various project all over the world.
Much of Expert’s career has been spent in technology development and technology evaluation from feasibility perspective either directly working with research team or closely working with research team at NOVA Chemicals and UOP. Both required strong thermodynamic principles, process modelling experience.
Much of expert career has been spent in environmental feasibility studies for various chemical processes, direct and indirect CO2 GHG emission, improvement in GHG emission.
Expert has a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and B.Sc. in Chemistry nearly twenty two years of experience in the technologies involving upstream and downstream oil & gas processing.
