Expert has associated with many development projects and programmes, which have included and expanded micro-studies and action research methodologies on problem diagnoses, gap analyses, Sustainable Livelihood Analysis, Enterprises analysis, Marketing Analysis, Monitoring studies, vulnerability assessment, evaluation studies, and the related roles, as well as preparing documents for same.

Expert has also engaged in planning, curriculum development, and imparting training for the capacity-building process of the entrepreneurs and community leaders through Rural Entrepreneurship Development Programmes, Skill Development Programmes, Technology Up gradation Programmes, Product Development Workshops, Sustainable Livelihood practices, Non-Formal vocational courses, PMRY programmes, Leadership training programmes, management efficacy, personality development, low-cost housing, watershed, community health resource mobilization and other on-demand training programmes.

Expert can and does associate with many organizations in developing and preparing Project Reports for more than 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises on diversified fields and to provide adequate consultancy and support in managing the enterprises, solving the problems, technology support, outsourcing markets and exports and developing linkages and collaborations for the further development of the enterprises through various Government and Development agencies.

Expert has also developed competencies in formulating and implementing Projects and Programmes on various development themes in tune with methods and mechanisms of participatory approaches and strategies such as Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Participatory Learning & Action (PLA), Result Based Management (RBM), Project Cycle Management (PCM), Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PME), and related programs.

As a community mobilizer, Expert can and does involve and evolve in developing intervesion mechanisms such as social, financial, technological, marketing and psychological aspects to develop sustainable livelihoods and community development. He has developed management and administrative skills while managing and supervising many programmes and projects.
