Since 2004, Expert has forensically investigated and testified in a number of litigation cases in the State of California that cover a wide variety of topics, including Premises Liability, Slips, Trips & Falls, Product Defects, Safety and Mechanical Engineering and Vehicle Accident Reconstruction. Relative to these assignments, his duties have included: inspections of incident sites and production of associated photographs, video, diagrams, and animations; research of building codes and industry standards; reconstruction of vehicle accidents, including calculations and animations; development of technical reports, declarations, and expert opinions in preparation f depositions and trial.

In 2006, Expert successfully obtained a certification for the operation and testing of the English XL Variable Incidence Tribometer, and has conducted slip resistance testing on numerous floor surfaces and flooring types. In 2011, Expert became duly licensed as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering by the State of California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists. In 2016, Expert successfully acquired the designation of Certified Playground Safety Inspector, and has inspected many playgrounds with respect to safety.

In 2013, Expert opened a branch office serving Northern and Central California. Expert is the Principal Manager and supervises operations throughout Northern and Central California. Expert also works directly with licensed Architects, Civil Engineers, Safety Engineers and General Contractors.
