After completing government certification and obtaining over 18 years of experiance in pipe welding, Expert has been able to pass 100% x-ray examination of his welds, and teach his techniques to students in many areas of the industry. Some applications include, Puplp and paper, Nuclear, Military, and petro-chemical.
With over 15 years of welding Titanium and Titanium alloys, Expert has completed government certification, and has completed many projects using Titanium. Expert teaches the processe of welding titanium to many clients.
He was called on to reduce the cost of outsourcing of welded parts. This was accomplished by purchasing welding equipment for his customer and training of there employees. Training consisted of theory and practical, leaving the customer with a firm understanding of their specific welding process.
