I have been an expert witness for six cases involving wood identification, sawmill efficiency, sawmill technology, patent infringement of sawmill equipment and patent infringement of secondary wood product design. Only one required my appearance in court.

I have developed and or participated in the teaching of over 300 workshops, short courses and continuing education courses focused on the drying, processing and use of lumber and other wood products
