He has served as Medical Director and/or Department Chairman for 7 Emergency Departments nationally, focused on implementation of Clinical Best Practices. He has served as National Physician Project Manager and is a Senior Vice President/Corporate Medical Officer for a National Contract Management Group.

Expert has overseen customer satisfaction initiatives at several health care institutions nationally, always with an eye toward becoming a Center of Excellence. A typical result was an improvement in Customer Satisfaction scores from 26% to 93% over a 60-day period for a hospital Emergency Department after initiation/implementation of his team's efforts.

Expert is a residency-trained, Board Certified Emergency Physician, having trained at the legendary Cook County Hospital in Chicago. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has served as Department Chairman and/or Medical Director for five Emergency Departments nationally, and he has been engaged to implement clinical, financial and operational 'Best Practices' at several Emergency Departments. Expert has been engaged to implement health care marketing initiatives in several hospitals and health care systems. His healthcare firm has worked in over thirty-three (33) states, always in an effort to produce institutions acknowledged (and marketed as) 'Centers of Excellence' and 'Employers of Choice.'

Expert has been engaged to implement clinical, financial and operational best practices in several hospitals and health care systems. His firm has worked in over thirty-three (33) states and has served the Ministry of Health of a Caribbean island as the primary expert on health care system infrastructure development.

Expert has a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University with a concentration of Health Policy and Health Management. Expert has been engaged to implement health and disease management strategies nationally in thirty-three (33) states.
