Expert is experienced with the development, negotiations, and implementation of VAR, OEM, and distribution and sales agent agreements for consumer products, electrical components and machinery, computer hardware and peripherals, software and courseware. He teaches the course "Finding and Using International Sales Representatives and Distributors" at the University of St. Thomas. He has also dealt extensively with termination issues.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENTS. Expert developed, negotiated, standardized, and implemented virtually all types of computer or computer-related agreements. His work in this area includes hardware and software sales agreements, licensing agreements and maintenance contracts.
