Expert’s professional career spans thirty years of executive and entrepreneurial leadership, primarily in the telecommunications and Internet industries. There he showed leadership skills and gained knowledge in all facets of the industry, most especially technical deployment and related cost implications, business finance, leadership and management, business development, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and public relations.

Expert has designed and built telecommunications networks, including switches, transport and local access. He has also project managed the deployment of a local Metropolitan Fiber Network.

Expert started one of the earliest telecom resellers in the 80's and deployed one of the first commercial VoIP networks in the late 90's.

Expert designed and implemented one of the first commercial VoIP networks in the late 1990's. Creating a business from scratch, designing the network and deploying it.

Expert also currently owns and operates a VoIP company with clients in the NE and SE US and Europe.

Expert provides patent litigation consulting in areas of telecommunications and Internet technology and business case research, advice and testimony surrounding patent infringements.

Expert is currently an adjunct professor of Ethics at St Petersburg College.

Expert is currently involved in a major patent infringement enforcement case as the lead technical expert. He provides expert services in infringement searches, identification and case development; Markaman hearing construction and support, claim construction, expert testimony and reports, expert and trial witness.
