In addition to his academic and research management experience, Expert has been an expert witness in his field of expertise for 15 years. During that time he has encountered all types of trademark infringement and other types of cases that required consumer surveys.

During his career, Expert has designed, conducted and supervised thousands of surveys, and mentored and trained tens of marketing researchers.

During his expert witness work, he has never been rejected by any Court.

Expert has been active as an expert witness in providing testimony based on survey research projected he has conducted for a variety of clients for the past 15 years. He had been engaged to design, conduct and report on consumer surveys using, in most cases, experimental designs that address such diverse issues as: likelihood of confusion, genericness, dilution, false advertising, labeling, etc.

Most of the surveys he has been conducted have been based on online interviewing.
