As an industrial hygienist and Director of Safety at a major health care institution, expert has dealt with and encountered a wide range of potential safety hazards and toxins,from the healthcare as well as industrial and construction environments.
As an independent consultant for over ten years he has been involved in matters dealing with a variety of hazards, including chemicals, industrial materials, environmental chemicals, indoor toxins, including mold, and other environmental and man made materials. He has also dealt with BAC and DUI issues.

Expert has used his educational background in biochemistry, pathology, environmental health and safety and radiation safety, along with his years of experience to assist companies, individuals and attorneys to better understand hazards in their work environment or businesses. Expert has had extensive experience in asbestos exposure monitoring, use and approval of respirators for use in asbestos removal and work situations. He was licensed in Massachusetts as an asbestos monitor for projects involving asbestos. He also served as an Industrial Hygienist for the VA Medical Center. In these situations he wrote protocols and procedures for asbestos monitoring and removal, for employee and worker protection during the asbestos removal project. He also developed protocols for monitoring asbestos in place and tracking asbestos and its condition. He also performed asbestos monitoring during working conditions and post removal.

Expert has a wide range of experience as a practicing industrial hygienist, including program development and oversight, personnel monitoring, education and training. He has a broad range of practical experience on the safety requirements for safe plant and industrial operation in a variety of settings ranging from health care to construction, to manufacturing and processing plants. His educational background and practical experience have provided him with the skills to evaluate the potential toxicity of hazardous and dangerous material in an industrial setting.

Expert has experience and education in inhalation pathology. He also has practical experience in a variety of settings in montiroing and determining the exposure to air toxics and in determining the types of respiratory protection or other methods that can be used to meet regulatory exposure requirements. Expert is trained in pulmonary biochemistry and pathology. He also has practical experience in the determination of the toxic effects of inhaled materials. Expert is experienced in the determination of the toxic effects of hazardous materials, particularly those that have been shown to cause the death of animals at particlar levels.
